Who am I?

This blog is designed by me, Allison M. Francis – I’m a broke-ass college student and starving singer-songwriter who wants to have fun and explore what the city of Boston has to offer, in spite of my own personal budget crisis. This blog is for us, the people too young to be professional and too old for our parents to pay our way into the zoo, the people too poor to go out to the bars but good-natured enough to enjoy a bottle of wine at a picnic on the Esplanade. Thrift on.

yeah, I feel the student/young adult market of which I am a part is often ignored (I guess because the word “market” usually suggests that monetary transactions are involved), so it’s cool to see a site out there that speaks to me!

you might also wanna check out the free meditation classes/groupings at the Cambridge Meditation Society- every Tuesday at 6, plus some other options! I’m a big fan
